To make my blood spewing zombie work I used half of an old paper waste can cut in half. I bought a fountain pump and some black hose from Home Depot and rigged it so that the tubing came up under the shirt and out of the mouth. The motor operation is very quiet and can pump liquid vertically up to 2½ feet.
